Final post
Im really sorry to announce that despite my efforts Hi Blythe has had to be removed from the App Store at Hasbro’s request. I had thought that that we were getting close to a resolution but their legal dept decided that it could not continue. I have not been given any actual reason so I cant really continue to pursue this at the moment.   Thanks to Michael & Pedro at Hasbro for their...

Hi Blythe in Thailand!
Thanks to Ying at the excellent Blythe site www.blythethailand.com for being very helpful and doing a great review of Hi Blythe.  Even though I cant read Thai it looks very comprehensive and it’s great for Thai Blythe owners to have the opportunity to look at Hi iBlythe.

Bug Report: Wish List items
Bug: If you add Prima Dolly Tokyo to your Wish List and close the app it will crash at startup. Fix: Do not add Prima Dolly Tokyo to your WishList. The next version out very soon (Apple willing) will fix this. This is a fatal bug so please dont do this, all your Collection & WishList data is safe pending an update but the app will no longer startup properly. Alternatively, if you havent...

Age rating!
Hmm seeing a lot of posts regarding the new age rating system, It seems if your app has access to the web it has to be rated 17+ which includes some scary rating text on the iTunes page and a warning when installing saying this app may contain graphic violence, sex, swearing etc.. This is a real mess on Apple’s part, a Doll app is marked up like it was some porn app, jesus Apple get your act...

Review 1
Was reviewed very quickly only 4 days, one issue reported with the Web sites. Hopefully they arent going to send a report for every issue!? If so, surely they could provide a bug tracking system like Trac so all can be done at once. Anyway all fixed now and has been resubmitted.

Done!
Version 1.0 of Hi Blythe is now complete and has been submitted to the App Store for approval. Now the anxiousness starts as we await the oddness of Apple’s approval process. Hopefully nothing about Blythes can be offensive but who knows?
